"Natures Chaos"

Pose of Ponderance

Braingasm

Mon Jan 3, 2005, 9:14 PM
An update I can't refuse to surface. I'm pretty much hyped up about this, and wish to let myself open about it. Enough to resurrect this dead piece of the internet for a simple moment.

I'm sure there's some New Age persons out there that already know this exists, and are willing to call it some kind of "karma flow" or whatnot, but from a realistic perspective, it's just a biological uplift that will have you wishing for more. I just simply call it a braingasm because it is similar in essence to an orgasm except the nexus exists at the nerves around the brain (the brain itself cannot feel anything), and not the crotch.

Anyways, if you haven't figure out what it is already, I can explain it in detail. Once the circumstances arise, and the prerequisites are met, such an experience takes place. The overal sensation feels much like having gentle waves of water circulating through your head, imbalancing it to and fro. This may seem to be quite an unpleasantry, but it's not that extreme, it feels more like a airy liquid than thick. When this is in progress, you get a warm chill - where you develop goosebumps everywhere, your hair raises up, and you feel surging 'energy' permeating through your entire frame in a continuous up and down motion. This all lasts around a good couple of seconds, though I've managed to experience ones that last a whopping 15. This isn't the last to it though.

This also can be used as a remedy of sorts. All sorts of aches, from muscle to headaches are gone in an instant, and never seem to return. It also seems to improve activity by increasing your energy and makes your lively and alert.

All-in-all, a vastly unique adventure of ones mental capability, and an experience that should not be left to simple wishing.

Now the fateful question: How?

Well, you simply shut off distractions - be it auditory or visual - and close your eyes. Then try to focus around your brain. Make it as if you have muscles in your skull that you are forcing to flex and bend. Keep doing so and if you manage to get the right pattern, you gain your reward.

A lot of times, unfortunately, you need a catalyst. There are always benefits to using an effective one, however. It increases longevity in the experience and improves the actual sensation that permeates through your body.

Catalysts are flexible, and you can use anything that is mentally stimulating. Got an exciting dream-like event pictured in your mind that you're giddy about? Use that. Have some ethereal soundscape or trance music that eases the soul? That can be used. Have a wonderful feeling cushion? That also can be proven effective.

What I'd like to add, is that if you experience something new that brings shivers up your spine, do not hesitate to use the moment for receiving a 'braingasm'. I can never forget how incredible the ecstacy was when I listened to a new song that sounded absolutely incredible, then I closed my eyes, 'massaged my brain', and entered a temporary state of nirvana. Time after time it came, over and over, and increasingly more pleasurable. At the end, I was at loss of breath it was such an intensified activity. I literally wore myself out by just sitting and 'doing nothing'.

So anywhos, if you got the time, and - if need be (I recommend it though) - the material, go ahead and attempt it.

Sorry for the intrusion, but I was dared by a friend (grr, Diandra) to post the following comment on any Terranigma fan's page:

You've got great taste.

Meep meep. I've got nothing interesting to say. That is due to the fact that I am merely a lowly, normally laconic fifteen year old, who is too puerile and naive for my opinion to matter. And to whomever made this avatar - frakking cool. Really.
